According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we as a service provider are neither obligated to monitor external transmitted or stored information nor to research circumstances that are pointing to illegal activities. Obligations for deleting or blocking the use of information according to the general law remain unaffected. A liability referring to this is not possible until the moment of the awareness of a specific infringement. Immediately after the awareness of an infringement, respective contents are being removed.

Our website contains links to external websites of third-party suppliers whose content is beyond our control. Therefore we can not take responsibility for external content. The temporary elicitation of data from the system is necessary to provide the best distribution of our website to your terminal device and to ensure the rendition. The storage in log files is necessary to ensure the stability and viability of this website. Furthermore, this data serves for optimizing this website and to ensure the security of the IT systems against possible external attacks.
